Returns & Exchanges
At MEEMSEEN, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or incorrect item.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Used or washed garments.
- Items without original tags.
- Customized or special-order products.
Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
